Well…I made it to 5,012 miles today well before my birthday and that checks off the first of the 4 remaining goals for this\u00a0 year…to go over my record of 6,109 miles for the year, to get to 7,100 miles, and to ride every day this year…I’m only doing two rides today and have those done before 10…I do need some rest and recovery time since my legs were really flat this ,morning but I think I did that to myself with not enough calories to support 38 miles on the bike and mowing the lawn yesterday…so, I’m going to try to eat more since I have four burgers and 3 chicken thighs that I grilled yesterday in the fridge…so it’s going to be a day of TDF and races all day so I’m going to read and maybe clean a bit…the bathroom can use some work…<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
