Well…today started out in a rush with having to get on the indoor bike for the first ride with it raining outside and as soon as finished that, the rain had stopped so I immediately jumped on the outdoor bike to get a ride in before the big rain was coming in…but the Muskegon force field was working and the three hours of rain forecast turned into nothing so I went out for the second ride for 33 for the day…and that made an almost 250 mile week leaving me only about 1,900 to do to hit the goal for the year…but, I didn’t do anything else today after cleaning the bathroom from top to bottom yesterday…didn’t have to cook today but I will have to tomorrow to be able to make the chicken tacos I have planned along with another batch of potato soup to use up some of the 10 pounds of potatoes…the 10 pound bag was only 50 cents more than a\u00a0 5 pound so I couldn’t pass that up…my damn ribs have been hurting for 6 weeks now and I think I may have separated them on the right side…the last time I did it it took a couple of months for the pain to be tolerable…it’s been a pretty quiet time up here the past couple of days and I can live with that…after today, the next rain is forecast for the 27th of the month so I’ll have to keep the patches where I planted grass seed wet…darn…<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
