Have to get on the bike in 10 minutes and haven&#8217;t even had any coffee yet&#8230;so I need to gt in gear and get moving&#8230;slept okay last night but it&#8217;s going to be hot today and tomorrow so tonight could be a rough night&#8230;going to get to 90 the next couple of days and with the 95% humidity out here it&#8217;s going to be uncomfortable&#8230;going to try to mow the lawn today and get the last of the summer food on it before the storms that are coming in overnight&#8230;I forgot to spray my face with the 100 sunscreen yesterday and got a little red but I won&#8217;t do\u00a0 that again today&#8230;and I need to do the grocery run after the first ride then two more rides and the yard work so it&#8217;s going to be a busy morning&#8230;my thumb still barely hurts and I&#8217;ll take that any day and my back may be healing up some after two months&#8230;fingers crossed&#8230;nope&#8230;just picked up my coffee cup and it hurts again&#8230;crap&#8230;not much to do today&#8230;ha,ha&#8230;that made me laugh&#8230;going to start running in 5 minutes and hope to be done for the day by noon&#8230;but it looks more like 1 pm&#8230;.man, I&#8217;m going to be worn out&#8230;more later&#8230;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Well&#8230;damn, how can I be running late already today?
