Well…it looks like I need to make a decision on where and when to ride today with the rain that is going on right now…probably should do at least one ride indoors this morning to get started but I will do two outdoors…slept okay last night but was up and down a bit until I gave up a little before 6am…feel okay today and I hope the coffee gets me going soon…don’t have a lot to do today other than cleaning the kitchen sinks and floor…leftovers today so no cooking and that will be okay…made enough pasta salad for a week yesterday and I think I’ll have to have it for every meal to keep it from spoiling…and I have a lot of soup to use up, too…damn, I need to plan meals better…not too sore this morning but my neck is still giving me fits two months after I hurt it in the high winds…I sure wish it would heal…not much to do today…just the bike rides and whatever cleaning I want to do…should work on the dining room table since I’ve let it clutter up over the past month or so…I do need a light day after 38 miles a day for two weeks in a row now…I do have to remember that Man U starts their season this aft…more later…<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
