{"id":30473,"date":"2024-08-28T06:45:12","date_gmt":"2024-08-28T10:45:12","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/jamesdevol.com\/?p=30473"},"modified":"2024-08-28T06:45:12","modified_gmt":"2024-08-28T10:45:12","slug":"august-28th-15","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/jamesdevol.com\/?p=30473","title":{"rendered":"August 28th"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Well&#8230;another night of not much sleep but I was able to stay in bed until almost 6&#8230;still pretty worn out and I&#8217;m wavering on riding indoors to start the day&#8230;if I do, I need to get going in 10 minutes or so and I just poured the first cup of coffee so the math doesn&#8217;t work out&#8230;I do need to do the grocery run today but just at Meijers and Aldis&#8230;no deals at DD today&#8230;I&#8217;m under 300 miles to get to my goal on the bike for the year so I guess a 25 mile day wouldn&#8217;t hurt too much&#8230;I&#8217;m not sure what the post goal riding is going to look like but I do know I need to cut calories if I cut back on riding&#8230;but how do I do that when I&#8217;m already under 1,500 calories for the day?
