Well…damn, running late this morning with not getting out of bed til almost 7…have been sleeping pretty well…for me…and that is just so unusual I’ve been trying to figure out what the heck has changed to allow me to do that…it’s been 30 years since I’ve slept well and I wonder if it has something to do with the weight I’ve lost? Whatever it is, I still feel worn out today and it’s going to take a while to get moving….have a lot to do today even with just doing one ride to get to the goal today…can’t figure out why I’m sore from head to toe with a dull aching pain that is punctuated with sharp ones from my knees and elbows….just old, I guess…need to get on the bike in 30 minutes or so but I’ll be juggling time to get everything done today…I do want to hit the beach for the last time this summer but need to go to the library, city hall, depot, and Kohls so I’ll be pretty busy…and I do need to cook today but I’m not sure what that will be…want to make some more pasta salad and I took the last of the burger out of the freezer to make tacos but that won’t be til tomorrow…it’s going to be cold starting tomorrow with highs in the 60’s and lows in the 40’s but then it will warm up again….summer is winding down and I wonder where it went…more later…<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
