Well…damn, didn’t get out of bed til a little after 7 this morning and I still feel pretty worn out….it’s warm enough to get on the bike as soon as I’m ready but just poured the first cup of coffee and need to get some of that in me first…I wonder if the pain in my neck is ever going to go away? I’ve had it for a couple of months now and I sure hope I don’t have to stay off the bike to heal it…I think I need to open a new tube of voltaren today sine I’m going to have to treat my neck before the bike…and my knees…I sure hope there’s no permanent damage there…got the bathroom cleaned yesterday and should work on the kitchen today and I might but there is yard work to do so I should do some of that…don’t have to mow the lawn since it hasn’t rained out here in almost two weeks and it’s not growing…and there is no rain in the forecast until a small chance on the 21st…not much to do today…there is soccer on this aft so I guess I could watch that and I do need to cook some chicken thighs for lunch so that’s something…more later…<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
