Well…didn’t get the car back so it looks like a biking weekend for me…haven’t been able to get the brain working too well as you can tell from the shortness of the posts and I’m not sure what to do about it….there’s just is no flow anymore but I am going to keep trying…and there have been things to write about so that’s not it…didn’t do much yesterday…I did get a long ride in since I really didn’t have much else to do but I am having problems with pain in my legs and I hope it is just that I’m going out harder than normal…I guess I’ll try some ibuprofen before I go today and see if that helps…not much to do today…I am going to go out in a minute to get the papers and maybe having some coffee will help to get the brain in gear…..I did see a show about these guys that did nothing but drink vegetable and fruit juice for 60 days and it changed their life…..I do eat relatively well but that might help get some energy back….we’ll see….<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
