{"id":31051,"date":"2024-11-24T07:32:18","date_gmt":"2024-11-24T12:32:18","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/jamesdevol.com\/?p=31051"},"modified":"2024-11-24T07:32:18","modified_gmt":"2024-11-24T12:32:18","slug":"november-24th-15","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/jamesdevol.com\/?p=31051","title":{"rendered":"November 24th"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Well&#8230;damn, didn&#8217;t sleep for crap last night and I feel like I should just go back to bed and spend the day there&#8230;.but I need to get cleaning in a few minutes and get the first ride in downstairs and get outdoors as soon as possible&#8230;but that will wait til 8 or so after coffee&#8230;not sure when my son is coming but it will probably be early since I think they are taking Art to the vet in GH and then swinging by here&#8230;it&#8217;s warm enough to get a ride in outdoors as soon as it gets light so I need to get off my butt and get the living room cleaned as soon as I&#8217;m done with this&#8230;got 33 miles in yesterday and I am kind of looking forward to getting to the goal and taking it easy for at least one day before I get back to piling on the miles again&#8230;but I&#8217;m not sure what I&#8217;m going to do for the next goal&#8230;I know that I need to keep burning the calories or I&#8217;ll weigh 300 pounds&#8230;I am going to calculate how many calories I burned getting to 10K miles&#8230;it&#8217;s a lot at 600 cals per lap outdoors and 5 of those loses me a pound&#8230;.or prevents me from gaining a pound&#8230;I guess that&#8217;s the problem I have&#8230;I really don&#8217;t want to keep piling on 33 miles a day but I can&#8217;t figure out how to cut enough calories to maintain my weight&#8230;oh, well&#8230;maybe I&#8217;ll just stop eating altogether&#8230;.who knows?
