I do have the grocery run to do this morning and need to get a ride in before that so that means I have 15 minutes to get moving&#8230;my BP is confusing the hell out of me with it being over 160 last night but 117\/66 this morning&#8230;weird&#8230;the difference in taste of the drip coffee to the pour over is so huge that I think I&#8217;ll have to make some of the ground stuff in the pour over just to see if it is the coffee or method that is the difference&#8230;have the meal planning done and will be making some masala and pizza this week and I really need to not eat ham anymore&#8230;but I will make some ham soup and potato soup this week&#8230;I was so damn sore from the outdoor rides last night that I contemplated taking some ibuprofen but I&#8217;ve broken that habit and don&#8217;t want to go back to it&#8230;I guess I&#8217;ll just live with pain for now&#8230;just remembered I need to buy some more bird food this morning&#8230;the doves came back yesterday but they are still spooked from the hawk and I am curious how long that will go on&#8230;not much to do today&#8230;just the rides and grocery run&#8230;have 10,399 miles in so far and will add 60 more or so by the end of the year&#8230;.more later&#8230;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Well&#8230;how the hell can be running late already with getting up at 6:23?
