Well…it’s almost 2:30 pm and I am finally done for the day and it’s been a busy one…got the three rides in, made Masala, worked on the car, and then shoveled the snow…and I was freezing after I finished and I couldn’t figure out why…and then I looked at the weather channel to find that it’s only 15 degrees out here and we are now under a winter weather advisory that lasts until 1am wed morning with the possibility of 5 more inches of snow…but it looks like the lake effect has set up just offshore so the snow is pretty light here but could change in an instant if it just moves inland…I did get the results of the blood work I had done yesterday and I normally get that from the mychart page but today they called me and that freaked me out a bit…but no problems with my kidneys or electrolyte levels and they still can’t believe that I have no health problems other than the high BP…I do have to get out tomorrow to pick up the new prescription but that won’t be til after I get three rides in…okay, time to make some bread…<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
