Well…damn, now I know why I haven’t been sleeping…the depression seems to be back and all of my energy is gone so getting on the bike is going to be a struggle today…but I have 35 minutes before I have to go down and I do need to do three rides after taking it easy yesterday and only doing two…it stayed over freezing last night and we are in a string of days over 40 for the next few and that means no snow or shoveling and I can take that all day…don’t really have to cook for 4 or 5 days but will have to plan what I have to take out of the freezer for the weekend…probably some chicken thighs before the next batch of Masala….looking forward to chili dogs for later today and will be loading them up with cheese but I have to remember I have lettuce and tomatoes so I’ll need to make a salad in the next few days….my damn thumbs are still cracked and hurt like crazy whenever I use them and that happens every winter but it doesn’t make any less of a pain…not much to do today…I measured the car to see if the boards will fit and it’s iffy at best but I can put the top down if they don’t…don’t feel like screwing with it but I have to keep putting one foot in front of the other…more later…<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
