Well…up a little early today at 5:40…no, that’s out of bed at 5:40…I was actually up a little after 4 so this is going to be a day of conserving energy since I have a lot to do…it stayed over 40 last night so we may lose the last of the snow today but it’s going get colder until Sunday so I’ll be riding indoors until then…I was thinking about going outdoors today but we are under a gale warning and I can hear the wind blowing like crazy out there…going to hit DD today for t-bone steaks for 3.99 a pound…haven’t eaten any beef for almost a year and a grilled steak would be good…but we’ll see…they also have flat iron steaks for 1.99 a pound and that could make some stir fry beef that I haven’t had since I moved out here…and I’m going to see if they have cheap coffee since the price is going nuts…and I think that’s just the first of it…going to get on the bike early this morning to get a ride in before the grocery run but I need more coffee first…there is going to be a time coming that I can’t afford coffee and that is going to suck…more later…<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
