Well…it’s damn cold out there with the temp hovering the mid 30’s and that is down 40 degrees from Friday…that is March in Michigan so that will mean the rides will be indoors today…my right eye is pretty weepy this morning but doesn’t hurt so I will need to wash it and put the hot compress on it before I get on the bike here in a few minutes…I hurt my back somehow and it’s probably just from riding outdoors and using outdoor muscles to do it…and my hands hurt all night last night from the same thing since I only have about 200 miles in outdoors and I’m not used to it yet…slept okay last night and I’m not sure why I’ve been feeling so tired lately…yesterday it was a chore just to move at all and I feel the same today…I really should take a day off at some point…man, that would be such a luxury if I could ever do it…I used to be able to and I wonder how the heck I got to this point? I am going to bake some bread this morning to go with the potato\/cabbage soup that I am going to have for both lunch and dinner today since I have so much of it in the fridge and don’t want it to spoil….not much to do today…it’s going to be a good day to just hibernate here with the rain\/snow and cold that is going on right now…more later…<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
