Well…today was grocery run day and I got some deals at DD…I mean hard salami at 2.00 a pound? Or thin sliced chicken breast for 2.00 a pound, too? I even got an outdoor ride in this afternoon and that felt good and I’ll be sore from that and going up on the weights from 5 to 8 pounds on the low side and I can already feel it just sitting here…I did finish up the last book today so I can go to the library tomorrow and get 4 more…Muskegon Lake has started dropping again after recovering a foot last week and I wonder how low it can go? I’ll bet if it gets much lower they will have to dredge or the gravel freighters won’t be able to get in to the docks…so I did a 29 mile day today with two indoor and one outdoor ride..and it looks like I’ll be able to get outdoors again tomorrow for two rides then it’s going to rain for three days…so I’ll miss the almost 60 degree weather and it will plunge back into the 40’s until the second week of April…oh, well…<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
