Well…finally, back to the normal routine and I really did miss it…getting my first cup of coffee and coming here to do one of these has been my thing since 2010 and it has been comforting for 15 years…I did sleep okay last night and that has been the story for a couple of months now so I’ll take it…it looks like no outdoor rides today with the rain coming in and the fact that it is cold out there at only 45 degrees and I really don’t want to be cold…so it will be one indoor ride to start and then see if the weather cooperates to let me get an outdoor one in…but that means I need to get on the bike in 17 minutes and I’m not ready for that yet…didn’t get a lot done yesterday and probably won’t today but I’m not sure about that yet…don’t have to cook with lots of bacon for blt’s and the last bowl of Masala but I have no clue what I’ll make tomorrow…don’t have much in the freezer but I do have pasta and garlic bread and I can take some soup out of the freezer since I won’t be able to chew after Tuesday…oh, well…down to 13 minutes before the bike and I need more coffee….more later…<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
