Well…damn, it’s 6:40 and I’m already running late to be able to get three rides in before the F1 race at 11…so that means I have to get on the bike by 7am so I can get outdoors by 9:30…another busy morning but I can take the afternoon off after that…the pain in my mouth is better today but it still hurts so I did take some ibuprofen but maybe there is a ray of hope in there…but I thought that the day after the work…really do have to get the bucket garden going just to see if it is going to work…I miss having fresh picked tomatoes and peppers…damn, only 11 minutes until I need to go down and ride and I haven’t had anywhere near enough coffee…I am going to try to get some work done today but I think I may have enough to do with just riding and watching races today…feel a little better today and the ride will help that after I get off my butt and get going…still eating off the BAH for another day and I may make some fried potatoes and ham for the second meal today….more later…<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
