Well…I really don’t know how I can be retired and so busy all the time and today was just another one of a long line of them…started with the first ride at 7am and then out to do the grocery run, then back on the bike for two outdoor rides…oh, and after the groceries, I found time to feed the lawn for the first time this year…so yep, pretty busy and didn’t get done with everything until almost 2 so that made for a solid 7 hour day…tomorrow should be easier and I really need to finish the last book so I can get 4 new ones and keep the string going…my right knee has been giving me fits on the bike so I think I’ll put some voltaren on it tomorrow and see if that helps…I guess I’ll watch tv now…<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
