Well..damn, need to be on the indoor bike in 16 minutes and just dragged my ass out of bed…no coffee yet but I need to pour some down if I’m going to get a ride in before the MotoGP race at 7:30…it’s only 41 degrees outside right now so the outdoor rides are going to wait a bit…up at around 4 again today and I am so damn tired of it…might have to go back to the otc sleeping pills again but I haven’t needed them in years and I don’t want to do that if I don’t have to…but 4 hours of sleep a night is not enough…have to figure out meals for the next few days after I finish up the soup today…might make some bean burritos since I have all the ingredients for it…and I thawed some dogs for chili dogs so I do have options…yeah, I know…all bad for me but I’m tired of eating food that is good for me…just tired of eating in general with no teeth left to do it…the new car is just a little too big to clean it in the garage so the next time I’m going to back it out and do it in the driveway…could barely get in the doors without banging them into the grill or the studs…and I sure don’t want to do damage to it…not much to do today…need to get on the bike right now to get the indoor ride done by 7:30 but I am so damn tired of having discipline…want to just sit here and have more coffee but I won’t…more later…<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
