Well…after a year of delays, the trail through the condo\/marina complex is back open again and I rode through it today…not sure if I’ll be using it much, though, since it was busy even with no people in the condos yet…will probably just keep using the bypass so I can get some speed going…and it’s pretty narrow compared to the trail that was there before…I did get three rides in before noon again and now it’s 12:30 and I have some cleaning to do before the nascar race comes on at 3 or so…still have the weight work to do but that can be done when the race is on…and I do want to read some this aft, too, so I guess I should get off my butt and get working…more later…<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
