Well…it’s 38 degrees on the first of June and I know I’ve never seen that before…this has been the coldest spring I can remember and I’m pretty damn old…the heat has been on for almost three weeks now and it’s not going to get out of the 70’s for another week…this is not normal…when I moved out here 4 years ago, I was on the beach in June but this year it won’t be until July…ick…slept okay last night and didn’t get out of bed tit almost 6:30 but I still feel like I haven’t slept in weeks…part of that could be only having one meal yesterday and I really think it’s going to be a lot of work to do better today…have the chicken thawed for Masala but the thought of doing that much work is not sitting well right now…it takes a couple of hours to make and clean up from it and I don’t have the energy right now…I do need to get on the indoor bike soon so I can be done by 9 when the F1 race is on but then I don’t know what I’m going to do the rest of the day…nothing probably but I do need to clean the fridge at some point…and the living room, and the kitchen, and everything else…but I need more coffee before I get going here in 17 minutes….more later…<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
