Well…after getting the three rides in, I didn’t do much else today other than making Masala and reading…but now I’m going to watch nascar on prime on the computer…this is a little weird having nascar on along with the drag races on the tv….and I’m doing this while I have the race audio in my earbuds…so I don’t need to cook much for the week until Thursday or so since I still have potato salad in the fridge along with bacon for blts…and I got all the stuff I got at DD in the freezer…didn’t eat a second meal again today so I think that is going to catch up to me Tuesday or so and my legs will go flat…I do like losing weight so I’m going to keep it up until I hit the wall…okay, time for races…<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
