Well…slept til almost 6 again today but I sure don’t feel like I slept at all…I wonder if I’m hitting my limit with my body? I mean I’ve been working my butt off around here along with riding 38 miles a day and that is a lot for an ancient person like me…and not eating enough…okay, going to stop whining now…going to run out to the library this morning to get a few more books since I’m running out and want to make sure I have reading material for the weekend…I have slowed way down from the one book a day that I was doing and I think that’s a good thing…I really do need to get other things done around here…but I will be on the bike here in 15 minutes or so to get the day started around 7am or so…there was just an ad on UK tv for short term loans that had an interest rate of 1,271 %…yow! who the hell can afford that? That means if you borrow 100 pounds, you will owe them 1,271 pounds after a year…who would take that deal? Weird…not much to do today…just the rides and the library run but I really don’t want to do anything…oh, goody…we have an air quality alert for smoke particulates…just what I need…more later…<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
