Well…up at 5:23 this morning and I wonder what it’s going to take to sleep in one more time before I die? Feel okay, though, so I guess the results are what matters….it’s warm enough to go out on the bike right now at 6am but I need to pour some coffee down before I do…the wind is going to be a problem today with it blowing 15-20 out of the east so coming back is going to be brutal…I really like my new beach lounger and I can’t wait to use it and go to the beach but I need it to be warmer before I do…there is no temp forecast to be over 80 for the next two weeks and that is really unusual for this late in June…and I need to order the big contractor bags to put it in to corral the sand…and I’ll order those today along with coffee and a spare set of pedals for the bike just to have them here…don’t have to cook today after making the flat pizza and cooking some chicken thighs yesterday so I’ll need to freeze the chicken breasts I bought Wed and make stir fry and Masala starting next week…I feel pretty fortunate to have the problem of too much food when a lot of older folks in this country go hungry every day…and there is something wrong with that….the medicine for my tongue has started to work but I still can’t taste much and I hope that changes…more later…<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
