Well…I really was going to cut down to 25 miles today but I felt pretty good after two rides that I jumped right back on the bike for the third…so, 38 more miles today but I may have to do indoor rides if the forecast of storms holds up…it hasn’t rained out here for almost 7 weeks and my lawn is gone for the year…again, just like last year when we had 56 days in a row with no rain…up to 49 days in this drought and I really can’t figure that out…oh, well…didn’t have any pain on the bike today even after doing a full 6.5 mile sprint coming back on the first ride so I’m hoping my legs are healed…didn’t get much on the grocery run but I did get lettuce and tomatoes so I can make blt’s once the leftovers are gone…I did make the ingredients for potato salad and overcooked the eggs again so I’m curious what they are going to look like when I peel them tomorrow…it got pretty hot today at 85 but I have the fan on and I can live with it…I id remember to open the small windows in the basement glass blocks and I hope that dries the basement up a bit…okay, time for tv…and maybe a cocktail…ha, the little weather widget just said 3 inches of rain tomorrow…I’ll believe it when I see it…<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
