Well…another day of not doing much but ride the bike…I did get a beach run in and the water was warm enough to swim and that made me grin and I spent a good half hour in the water…the big lounger was a little to hard to get into and out of the car so I bought a small beach chair that reclines and has a cup holder that fits in the trunk…much easier and really comfortable since it’s fabric is mesh so lots of airflow…and easy to get into and out of and it has arms on it, too so it’s a pretty darn nice chair…the rip and undertow was pretty bad so it was hard to get out of the water when I was done…and I ended up 100 yards to the north playing in the waves…but it was too damn hot to do much else so all I did was sit with the fan on me and read….might go back out to the beach again tomorrow after I get the danger freckle removed at 10am….I probably should do the grocery list done in case I want to hit Meijers tomorrow since my doctor’s office is only a half mile away from it…time for tv…no cocktails tonight…darn….<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
