Well…that kind of sucked..up and down all night and then out of bed at 5:33..but I feel okay so I’ll take it…didn’t do a lot in the heat yesterday and it’s going to be a little cooler today and it may even rain a bit later…ha,ha…yeah, it doesn’t rain here ever…twice in two months? But the weather widget says an inch of rain Thursday and again, I’ll believe it when I see it…going down to 25 miles a day has helped my body heal and I think I’ll keep that going for another week or so…I am going to do that before I go to the doctor appointment at 10am then I think I’ doing the grocery run right after that….need to remember ginger so I can make Masala later in the week…and the piece I got last week spoiled…will be out on the bike before 7am again and will have two rides in by 9 or so…and it appears that the wind has died down and that will make for nice rides today…then I need to clean more windows….there was a huge line of storms that stalled out over the lake overnight and then just disappeared…and the Muskegon force field works again…not much to do today…just the surgery and then groceries and then I’ll wing it the rest of the day….more later…<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
