Well…I am damn tired of all the health crap you have to go through when you get old…I’m tired of the tests, biopsies, and ultrasounds and just want to live what’s left of my life…and I’m tired of busting my ass to stay healthy every day when it just doesn’t mean anything…but, I’ll be on the bike in a half hour to get the rides in before the rain comes in…and yes, it’s not going to rain even though there is a huge blob over in Wisconsin heading this way…man, I feel old…didn’t eat much yesterday and I’m finding it harder and harder to even try to eat when I can’t taste anything anymore…even coffee and that sucks…the air quality is poor again today and I’ll be coughing again after the rides…the rain is supposed to be here in three hours so that give me time to get the rides in before that…have a lot to do today to just keep this place a little presentable so I may skip the beach and get my ass in gear and clean…I’m sore and tired and old and depressed…and I have 13 minutes before I have to get on the bike…more later…<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
