Well…I was a little stressed out about finding the medical facility where they are going to do the ultrasound tomorrow way too early…but I chose 7am since the next available appointment was three weeks out and I sure don’t want to wait that long…and I’m glad I did the run since it took me an extra 20 minutes to find it that I won’t have tomorrow morning…have to stop eating and drinking in the next couple of hours and, of course, no cocktails tonight but I will have my contego cup filled with hot coffee for the ride home along with one of my hydro flasks filled with water and ice…it did rain a bit today but the next is not coming until Sat but it will be warm enough to put the top down for the run to GH at 67 for a low…and I’ll have to put the lights on for the first time in the car and that will be cool…okay, time for the weight work…<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
