Well…another night of pretty good sleep with not waking up til 5:14 and the being able to get back to sleep until after the coffee maker got going…but that leaves me late to get going and won’t be on the bike til 7 or so…and I do want to get out to the beach this morning to see if the water is warm enough to swim…my right elbow is still painful today and I’m not sure if it’s comforting or not that it’s the moving tendonitis that I’ve had for years…I do need to clean today and the goal will be to get the dining room done…we are under an air quality alert today and it has been on here for days now and I wonder if I’ll feel it on the bike this morning? I do need to mow the lawn to even it out this week but it’s basically dead…I’ll move the old car and probably drive it around the block just to get everything moving again…damn I need to sell it…or give it away….not much to do today…just need to get off my ass and get things done after the beach run and have 15 minutes before I need to get on the bike…more later…<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
