Well…damn, running late today and I just poured the first cup of coffee at 6:39 so that will mean I won’t be on the bike til 7 or so and that makes me late for the entire day…a cold front came through last night but we didn’t get a drop of rain from it and that sucks…it’s only 62 out there right now and the wind is blowing like crazy so the rides will be a chore…the high is going to be only 72 today and that will be a relief after the nearly 90’s we’ve been enduring…my damn right elbow is howling in pain and has been for almost a week now so I’ll have to take some ibuprofen for it in a bit….don’t think I’ll go to the beach today since it’s not going to be warm enough and I have too much to do anyway…need to clean the kitchen today and mop all the floors after I clean the car and go to the library…so it will be a busy day…again…and I need to get it started soon…slept better last night but I sure don’t feel like it right now and I sure hope that’s not my life from now on…more later…<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
