Well…man, I’m just worn out today after the visit yesterday and not sleeping too well last night and I’m hoping that the coffee will help me get on the bike before 7…it did rain a bit yesterday but it’s not going to help my lawn one bit unless it rains every day for a week or so and that is not going to happen…and the main rain missed to the south where it rained for hours instead of the half hour it did here…oh, well…I thought my right elbow had started to heal yesterday but I can barely pick up the coffee cup this morning without howling pain…so more voltaren before I get on the bike…don’t have anything in my schedule until October 6th when I get fitted for the partial dentures so there will be lots of beach time starting tomorrow…going to be near 90 later in the week and I may have to spend longer time out there…not sure if my skin will take it but I guess that’s what 100 sunscreen is for…not much to do today…just need to get the rides in and then wing it for the rest of the day…don’t have to clean the house so I’ll just relax and watch races….more later…<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
