Well…I guess this is to be expected from a car that was driven less than 1,000 miles over the past three years…it appears that I seized a front brake caliper this morning…the car wasn’t driving right and when I got home the driver’s side front wheel was too hot to touch and it was vibrating as I drove home…so, I tore it apart to look at it and greased the pins that it slides on…that didn’t work so I just took it apart and hit the piston with wd and I’m going to let it soak over night before I put it back together in the morning…then I’m sure I’ll have to go to zone and order one for 85 bucks…this must have been going on since I got the car since it really never coasted like a stick is supposed to when you push the clutch in…and a lot of rust fell out of the caliper when I took it off so I’m sure the piston won’t retract anymore…oh, well…looks easy to replace and I’ll have to get my one man bleeder working to bleed it…but I’m not going anywhere after doing the grocery run today so I can fix it when the part gets here in a couple of days<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
