Well…another month starts but it started with a night of no sleep so it’s going to be a struggle to get moving…I have hope that it will be better than yesterday when I was pretty damn dizzy on the bike…I did eat a lot more yesterday so I’m hoping that will help…out of bed at 5:40 today and I am really confused why being up so early doesn’t lead to being able to take a nap later…or even sleep more at night…oh, well…it’s going to be an easy day today with getting everything done yesterday…just the rides and then to the library for more books and then I think I’ll hit the beach this morning…it got down to 59 last night and that gave me a little relief…the heat has been so wearing on me and it’s going to be hot again starting tomorrow and that will be August in Michigan…allergies are already bad and August is the worst month for them…the goldenrod is blooming along the trail and that will make me miserable…think I’m going to take an ibuprofen before I get on the bike today to try to tamp down the pain in my right arm that has been so bad lately…typical tendonitis that continues to move around…more later…<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
