Well…really didn’t do much today but make soup and clean up from it but that was enough since it takes a couple of hours of standing on my feet…I didn’t put noodles in it as planned since I had a huge amount of ham from using two bones and I even went overboard on the veggies, too, so it came out almost stew like but tasted as good as I can taste which is to say not much…the full instant pot yielded 7 quarts so I froze 4 of them in the spaces opened up by taking the bones out…we might get a little snow melt over the next few days and I only need to drive the car one more time…2.2 miles before it will be safe to drive again…I did call discount and asked them to mount and balance the tires before my appointment so I don’t have to wait through that…<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
