Well…damn, up at 4 and then out of bed by a little before 6 and I am rushing around here trying to get the weight work and first bike ride in before the F1 race that is on at 8…just poured the first cup of coffee and I’m going to suck that down fast to try to get moving but it’s more a matter of will than coffee…had an okay day yesterday but I have no plans for today other than cleaning the microwave and the rest of the kitchen…I really do hate having to rush around here in the morning…I’m retired after all and should be able to act like it…I will get to a political one this morning, probably during the race if it’s a boring one as they pretty much were all season…not much to do today…just need to get the weight work started and get on the bike before 7 and that gives me 35 minutes to get going…more later…<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
