Well…damn, it’s only 4 degrees out here and that is January weather and we’re barely into December…ick…didn’t sleep much and was up around 5am but that still doesn’t mean I’ll get a nap in later..I really wish I could…pouring down the coffee so I can get to the weight work here in a minute then downstairs for two rides today…it is going to be cold downstairs so I may put a long sleeved t-shirt on…the cold is really wearing on me and I think I had the heating pad on every time I stopped and sat for a bit…might have to go to the library tomorrow after I get the new tires on the car since I need a book a day to get through this week…I do hate busy weeks and this one will end after helping my sister in law move Saturday and that will be the last time I move anyone…just getting too damn old to be carrying couches and ranges anymore…so it will be nice to get home from it Saturday afternoon…not much to do today…just need to get moving and get the day started…more later…<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
