Well…slept in all the way to 5:24 this morning…yeah, that’s sarcasm…feel so damn worn out this morning that all I want to do is sleep some more but I’ve started the coffee so that’s not going to happen…just feel so damn old and nothing I can do is going to change that…have one more book to read before I head to the library tomorrow but I’ll have to shovel the alley if I’m going to get out even with the new tires…but that will be after the weight work and rides…might cook the big ham on the grill today so I’ll have food for the next week but I may wait til tomorrow…didn’t eat much yesterday and I know I need to have a minimum of calories but when you can’t taste anything that makes it much harder…it’s a little after 6 and I just can’t get going and the coffee is not helping at all…oh, well…only did one ride yesterday and now I feel like a slug for not getting enough exercise…so I’ll fix that today…it didn’t snow overnight so I’ll only have to clear the alley today but that is going to be a chore after the slush froze overnight…more later…<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
