Well…up and out of bed before 6 again today and I am still longing for a day of sleeping in that I really don’t think I’ll ever see again…it’s 40 degrees out there right now so the alley will be 8 inches of slush and I’m hoping the new tires can deal with that…or I’ll bury the car and be shoveling for a couple of hours…don’t have a lot to get on the grocery run today and I need to make room in the freezer for the ham bone I’m still eating from…that will go in by Friday and I am going to make some pasta to get away from ham,ham, ham all the time…I do have eggs to make omelets but they don’t really appeal to me right now….it is so nice to have my internet fixed so I can watch tv again…just to have it running in the background to keep my tinnitus at bay really helps me stay sane..not much to do today…weight work, bike, and the grocery run will fill up my morning but I may only do one ride today…I guess we’ll see….more later…<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
