Well…up at 5:13…again…and that was one of the crappiest nights of sleep I’ve had in a while…just frickin worn out from the cold and having my head plugged up all day yesterday…a little better today but it will probably take a week or so before I feel normal again…the wind is howling out here and we have a winter weather advisory in effect…4+ inches of snow so I’ll be out shoveling later even though I feel pretty crappy…radar shows there will be snow for the next few hours so I won’t go out until after lunch….it’s going to be a struggle to get the weight work and rides in and I may just do one ride today to give myself a little break…still working on the BAH but it needs to go in the freezer later today so I’ll have to make some room for it…not much to do today…just going to ease into it and see where it goes…more later….<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
