Well…up at 5:34 this morning and that’s okay…didn’t take anything to sleep last night and slept okay so I can live with that…still feel worn out, though…so I’m going to ease into it this morning and let my body do it’s wake up thing…I was looking at the paperwork from my yearly check up yesterday and saw that my BMI was over 25 and that says I’m obese but I sure don’t look or feel like I am…I have put 15 pounds of muscle on my upper body and that screws up the calculation…oh, well…didn’t get anything done but reading yesterday and I do need to finish the last book so I can hit the library tomorrow so I’ll need to get my butt moving soon….just poured the first cup of coffee and I’m going to pour another one right now so I can get started…it’s warm enough out there that it’s going to rain and I’m happy that I don’t have to shovel snow today…going to try to get through the winter with the 5 year old snow shovel but I will have to buy one this year…not much to do today…just need to get the exercise in and start to feel human again…more later…<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
