Well…up at 5:40 this morning and that makes for a 6 hour night of sleep and I really do need more than that…so, I’m pretty worn out today and it’s going to be a lot of work to get moving today…but I don’t have a lot to do so maybe that will make it easier….it’s going to get to almost 50 today and I have been thinking about taking the outdoor bike out but there is still too much snow and slush in the alley to ride it out to the street…still have leftovers so I won’t have to cook today but I’m getting bored with what I’ve been making…going to finish off the soup today and maybe make some eggs and sausage…but who knows? I do know I’m going to start the day with a toasted bagel with cream cheese after the weight work…not much to do today…just need to get moving, have more coffee and get the day started….more later…<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
