{"id":33345,"date":"2026-01-08T16:57:57","date_gmt":"2026-01-08T21:57:57","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/jamesdevol.com\/?p=33345"},"modified":"2026-01-08T16:57:57","modified_gmt":"2026-01-08T21:57:57","slug":"no-weights-today","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/jamesdevol.com\/?p=33345","title":{"rendered":"No weights today&#8230;"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Well&#8230;I decided to give myself a day off the weights today to let my muscles recover&#8230;the last time I did that was months ago so my upper body needed the rest&#8230;I did get two rides in today but that was all I did other than reading&#8230;it got up to 50 here today but the crash starts Sunday and we&#8217;ll be down in the 20&#8217;s again&#8230;thought about taking the outdoor bike for a ride but there is still too much ice on the roads and I didn&#8217;t want to have to wash the bike&#8230;I did find out where the surgical office is where I&#8217;m getting the lesion removed at the end of the month&#8230;right next to the Meijers on Stermberg road so that&#8217;s easy&#8230;got a lot of spam calls today and that hasn&#8217;t happened in a while so I wonder what changed?
