Well…damn, had an alarm set on my phone but I probably shouldn’t worry about not getting up when I woke up at 4:14 and out of bed before 5am…we’ve been under a winter weather advisory for the past couple of days and I am so damn tired of always having some kind of alert on…need to pour coffee down and get on the weight work so I can get a ride in before I head out to get the stitches out of my face…it’s been a week of too much to do and I look forward to getting back here and taking it easy the rest of the day…lake effect snow is setting up and I am just frickin tired of it…but I’m not shoveling the alley so I’ll let the snowies do their thing to get me out of here and back in the garage…..I was so damn sore yesterday from moving stuff that I almost took something for it…but I didn’t but will have to today after I start treating my face to get rid of the pre-cancerous lesions that are all over it…supposed to hurt like crazy when I apply the lotion and it’s just another thing I need to do to to maintain this old body…more later…<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
