Well…damn, didn’t get out of bed til almost 5:30 this morning and that feels like sleeping in after being up from 3 to 4 this week…and I need to get hauling ass to get the weight work in and a bike ride done before Man U plays at 7:30…pretty damn sore after digging cars out yesterday but it didn’t snow overnight so I won’t have to shovel today…pouring black coffee down to get jump started and only have 8 minutes to get on the weights…after getting the stitches out yesterday, I can barely see the incision scar and all of the swelling is gone and I wonder if it’s the scar ream my brother gave me? Have started to put the medicine on the rest of the lesions on my face and scalp and they haven’t started to hurt yet but that will probably come after I peel some skin off from it…hope it doesn’t hurt…my thumb and left elbow are howling this morning and I think I’ll be taking some ibuprofen later…need to get going…more later…<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
