Well…today didn’t go at as planned…I was going to get the weight work in and then an indoor ride then right after that, an outdoor ride…but it rained here all morning and it did dry out to 2 pm…I did get out after that so another 21 mile day and that leaves me under 30 miles to get to a thousand for the year…the ride was fun with less wind today but it was still blowing over 15 out of the east and that meant that I went into the wind all the way back…there is no more ice on Lake Michigan but only 4 days ago there were car sized icebergs along the shoreline and it sure didn’t feel warm enough to melt the ice that fast…going to make cooked cabbage in the instant pot tomorrow and I’ll probably throw in a few potatoes so I’ll have cheap and low calorie side to go with the chicken…could get any corned beef since aldis was already out of it on the first day of their sale…and that sucks a little…oh, well…back to the movie…<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
