Well…running late this morning with not getting out of bed til almost 6 and there is a reason for that that I’m not proud of…was feeling so damn worn out yesterday after getting the 26 miles in that all I could do was sit here and read…okay, after I cooked the pork shoulder and did the laundry…so I guess being worn out didn’t stop me much but I felt like crap…and still do today..it’s only 43 here right now so I guess I’ll have to do an indoor ride this morning after I get the weight work in…should be able to get outdoors for a ride before lunch…I do need to eat more today after only having a plate of pork for lunch and then a sandwich for dinner…and that is not enough to support 26 miles on the bike…so I’ll have a bagel here in a minute and get off my butt and get going…really do need to pack the winter clothes away but if I do that it will probably snow…it is going to get down into the 30’s again this week and that is way too cold for May…more later…<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
