Well…today was an easy day with not doing anything but the weight work and the indoor ride…not sure if I needed it but just wasn’t feeling it today so I did what retired people do and took the day off to watch races and read…I finally have emby kinda fixed so I could watch the races…my eyes have been better today and I could see the tv clearly all day and read the data panels during the races and it’s been months since I’ve been able to do that…I wonder if it’s the ointment I’ve had to put on to relieve the itchyness in them? Whatever it is, it’s welcome and I’ll take it…didn’t have to cook today and won’t have to for 3-4 more days but I do need to figure out what to take out of the freezer…or just make pasta and pasta salad but that is more like a side dish than a meal…I still have a lot of the breaded chicken patties in there along with 4 burgers or so and that is enough for me to get by for a couple of weeks…and that might get me down enough to clean out the freezer…I guess I’ll have to check…back to reading…<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
