Well…we’re coming into the 2nd week of May and it’s 36 degrees out there and that sucks…up just a bit before 5am this morning so it appears it’s the new normal rearing it’s ugly head again but I feel okay so I can live with it…for some reason, I am sore everywhere today and I think I’ll take something for it…haven’t taken an ibuprofen in a few weeks so I guess my liver can take it especially with 5 weeks of no cocktails…it’s going to be a busy one today with all of the normal stuff and making ham soup this morning…watching the moto3 race from LeMans and they are riding in the wet with bikes flying off the track everywhere…fun to watch…it looks like I’ll get an outdoor ride in this afternoon and that will continue my streak of 21 mile days but I’m still over 1K miles behind where I was last year at the same time with all of this cold weather…and it’s only going to be in the 40’s for a high Wed so I won’t be outdoors…oh, well…we may get a warm up later in the week after the 1 inch of rain for Tues and we really need it…has been dry almost to a drought here and I’m going to lose the lawn again if this keeps up..more later…<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
