Well…when I got up this morning I thought I’d have a short wait to get the temps high enough to get out on the bike and it was…55 by 8:10 and I was even able to go out in shorts…with the wind tolerable and the temp coming up to almost “springlike” temps, I decided to test my fitness level and do 3 rides for 39 miles this morning…so, I survived it and just feel a little stiff from it…energy held out and I still felt good at the end of the 3rd ride so that means I can train up and get ready for doing the “ride my age” day in June…now, it may hit me badly tomorrow of Wed but I guess I’ll just have to wait it out and see…a little stiff and sore right now but I’m only going to read this aft so it will give my body a chance to recover…I hope…reading time…<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
